Article 1

The fundamental issue, after which all further discussion becomes useless unless there is agreement, is the definition of the state in which a person is born.

Simply, all men are born in a state of freedom. The only limitation to that freedom is that the sovereignty of another person is recognized and enforced. We are un-encumbered by compacts and decisions we ourselves have not entered into freely. I am free to pursue my existence and happiness as long as it does not harm or infringe on another person.

All men have the right to protect their freedom from any individual, group, or organization, by any means as long as it does not encroach on the freedom of other individuals

Either we agree that each person is born free, or we understand the we are in a battle for survivorship.

All men are born in a state of freedom.
